The finely acidic aroma of buttermilk is followed by a varied arrangement – from tangy meadow flowers to savoury hints of boiled cabbage and invigorating passion fruit, light caramel and fried onion. Buttermilk also features prominently on the palate. Hazelnut, apple, boiled potato, malt and light caramel provide coherent secondary touches. The initially mellow texture reveals itself as pleasantly smooth and lingers delightfully on the palate.
