This goat Camembert reveals vegetable aromas of mushroom, cauliflower, moss, fresh timber, walnut and yoghurt. Its flavour on the palate is almost identical to the aromas. Mushroom and boiled asparagus are the dominant features. Walnut, milk, sour cream and yeast add flavoursome variety.
